A new offer and an update to an existing transaction follow different paths.
Adding to an existing file
Clients: sign in to your portal and send attachments through Messages.
Outside agents: if you received an offer confirmation or document request from K&C Group with an upload link, use that link to send documents for that offer. Otherwise, contact our team for instructions.

Include the property address so we can find your file. Please don’t submit a new offer just to send an update.
