- Property information: address, county, estimated value, sale timeline, and other details you provide about a property you are considering selling
- Transaction information: documents, communications, and information related to a real estate transaction in which you are participating through our services
- Communications: messages you send to us, including form submissions, emails, and text messages
- Text preferences: your mobile number, verification status, separate choices to receive or decline each message purpose, the disclosure shown to you, and dated consent and withdrawal records
We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our sites, including IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, for the purpose of operating and securing our services.
2 How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide brokerage services
- Manage real estate transactions you engage us to assist with
- Communicate with you by email, phone, or text message
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website and platforms
- Comply with legal obligations applicable to licensed real estate brokerage activity in the State of Florida
3 How We Share Information
We share information only as necessary to provide our services and operate our business. Categories of recipients include:
- eXp Realty, our sponsoring brokerage, as required for licensed real estate activity
- Service providers who help us operate our platform, including hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management, and document management vendors
- Title companies, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other parties involved in a real estate transaction in which you are participating
- Government agencies and regulators when required by law, including the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation
- Parties to whom you direct us to share information
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. This includes mobile numbers and SMS consent shared with affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers may process this information to deliver and support our messaging service. SMS opt-in consent is not transferred to other senders.
4 How Long We Keep Information
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including Florida brokerage record retention requirements under F.S. 475.5015, which require certain transaction records to be retained for at least five years), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
5 Your Choices
You may:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal and regulatory retention obligations
- Stop this program's text messages by replying STOP, choosing email only in your portal preferences, or contacting us directly. You can separately unsubscribe from marketing emails.

6 Communications and Text Messaging
Consent is granted only to Eric Konoski, P.A., doing business as K&C Group. eXp Realty identifies our brokerage affiliation; consent does not cover separate text messages from eXp Realty, affiliates or other businesses.
Text updates from K&C Group at eXp Realty are optional. Each purpose has a separate consent choice: client/transaction updates and customer-care replies; showing requests, confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations; and optional promotional price-change alerts for a specific property. Appointment texts and optional property price alerts are available where enabled in the applicable portal. Each choice is made through the live notification preferences.
Providing or verifying a number, logging in, booking a showing or accepting a policy does not enroll you. Transaction or appointment consent does not sign you up for promotional texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing, renting, booking a showing, using the portal or receiving real estate services. Email remains available without SMS consent.
Reply STOP to end all texts from this program. You may receive one opt-out confirmation; no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also withdraw consent through the applicable notification preferences or by contacting us. We preserve prior opt-outs when changing sending numbers or campaigns, and do not expand existing consent to new message purposes. Email and other agreed channels can continue. 7 Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from our services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised. Updating this policy or continuing to use the portal does not itself provide or renew SMS consent.
